生活中有很多的英文片語都跟顏色有關係，戴爾美語老師幫各位同學挑選了五個片語，希望大家都可以用英文讓生活更五顏六色喔！

1. blue in the face 徒勞無功

Charles argued with his mother until he was blue in the face, but she still made him grounded for an entire week.（Charles跟他的媽媽爭吵，最後徒勞無功，他還是得被禁足整整一週。）

2. once in a blue moon 罕見地

It is once in a blue moon that Johnny visits his parents.（Johnny很久一次才會去見他的父母親。）

3. catch sb. red-handed 逮個正著

Nina was caught red-handed cheating in the exam.（Nina考試作弊被抓的正著。）

4. sb. beV green（很嫩、沒經驗）

Jocelyn just graduated from college and is rather green. （Jocelyn才剛從大學畢業，沒有什麼經驗。）

PS: 新手也可以說green hand

I’m still a green hand in dealing with customers’ complaints. （我在處理客訴還是新手。）

5. black look（白眼、瞪）

Donna gave me a black look when I mentioned her ex-boyfriend. （我提到Donna的前男友時，她給我了個白眼。）
